Product Availability:

Product availability on Maple Furnitures is subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock, but there may be instances where certain products are unavailable or discontinued.

Product Use and Care:

It is essential to follow the product’s instructions, care guidelines, and warnings provided by the manufacturer. Improper use, assembly, or maintenance may lead to product damage, personal injury, or voiding of warranties.

Measurements, Assembly and Installation:

Maple Furnitures provides site visitation for taking measurements of the site, assembly and installation of furniture at a cost. The charges vary on the basis of location of the site, strength of manpower and number of visits. On placement of the order, the charges are adjusted in the final invoice for site visitation for the purpose of taking measurements. Assembly and installation charges are charged additional to the final invoice.

Warranties and Guarantee:

Maple Furnitures provides One Year Warranty against manufacturing defect. Maple Furnitures is not responsible for any claims related to product defects, malfunctions or damages caused during transportation of the products from our store or factory to the delivery site. We are not responsible for damages caused to the delivered products and fabrics due to carelessness or misuse by the client or any person not a part of the Maple Furniture’s team. We do not give guarantee on fabric, rexine, leather, glass, marble and imported pieces.

Product Pricing:

While we strive to maintain accurate pricing information on Maple Furnitures, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.

Returns and Refunds:

Order once placed by the client in the form of written approval, oral approval or advance payment shall receive no return of payment. Products cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once the order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. In the event of a cancellation by Maple Furnitures, we will issue a refund, if applicable, using the original payment method within thirty days from the date of cancellation.

Liability:

Maple Furnitures is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased from our website. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and lost profits.

4. Ordering and Purchasing: 

By placing an order with Maple Furnitures, you agree that you are of legal age to enter into a contract. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders once placed by the client/user cannot be altered or cancelled by the user/client. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

5. Shipping and Delivery: 

Maple Furnitures will make every effort to deliver products within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers. Delivery charges shall be charged additional to the final invoice. Delivery charges include packaging, transportation, labour and installation and assembly of products on site.

6. payment Terms:

Maple Furnitures accepts 50% advance to process the order. 30% during WIP and 20% before delivery of furniture orders. Furnishing orders are processed upon receiving 100% advance payment.

7. User Content:

If you choose to submit any content, such as reviews, comments, or feedback, you grant Maple Furnitures a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, modify, and display the content for any purpose.

8. Prohibited Activities: 

You agree not to use our website and services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to: 

a. Posting or transmitting any content that is abusive, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or violates any applicable laws.

b. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any other user’s account.

c. Interfering with the proper functioning of our website or services.

d. Engaging in any activity that may cause harm to Maple Furnitures or its customers.
